A final accounting note for the audit-minded reader: the FOMC result itself was not yet known at the time the CFTC data was constructed. Anyone positioning ahead of the meeting based on this report is using a ten-day-stale snapshot to handicap a forward event. The information value is background context at best. The directional value is approximately zero.
